At Wedding Veils Australia, we strive for the highest standards in workmanship and quality. We understand that ordering online can be difficult, and as such, we have the following policies regarding returns.

Exchange Policy:

We will gladly offer to exchange the veil, as the first option. We want you to love your veil and be completely satisfied.

If the veil you have received from us has a defect, please inform us within 3 days of receiving the veil. Once we have responded, you must post the veil back to us within 7 days of receiving it, in the same packaging and condition as you received it. You will need to pay for return postage costs. If the veil is not deemed to have any defects, it will be returned to you. We will not accept veils that have been worn or damaged by you, or after your wedding date has passed.

Please note: veils purchased from the Sale page are final sale. No return, no refund.

For our standard veils: In the event that you would like to exchange the veil for a different one, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving it. You must email us first, and then post the veil back to us, in the same packaging and condition as you received it. You will need to pay for return postage costs.

For example, you purchased a white veil, and would like to exchange it for an ivory one of the same style. In the event that you would like to exchange for a different style, the cost will be the difference in price between the two veils. Postage costs will apply.

No returns will be accepted after 7 days have passed since you received the veil.

For custom order veils: Made to order veils are considered custom. This is any veil that is not ready to ship. The veils in our collection are all customizable, for example, ordering a custom length or adding beading customizes the veil to your requirements.

Our policy for custom order veils is strictly no exchange, and no return. This is because you have ordered a veil to your requirements, and it is custom made for you. We may exchange the veil in some cases, at our discretion. To avoid any disappointment, we suggest requesting sample swatches before ordering, to be sure that the veil colour or edging will match your gown.

Refund Policy:

A refund will only be given in the event that the veil you received has a flaw or is damaged in some way. If this is the case, you must email us first, within 3 days of receiving the veil and advise us of the situation. You must post the veil back to us within 7 days of receiving it, in the same packaging and condition as you received it. You will need to pay for return postage costs. We will not accept veils that have been worn or damaged by you, or after your wedding date has passed. We do not give refunds for custom orders.

Positioning the veil incorrectly in your hair is not a defect in the veil. If you are unsure of how to position the veil, have a look at the instructions and photos under Correct positioning of veils.


For Headpieces:
Our policy for headpieces is strictly no return, unless you received the item damaged. If that is the case, please inform us within 3 days of receipt. We will either offer you a replacement, at no cost to you, or issue a refund. We will not accept returns after this time frame has passed, or after your wedding.

Finally:

We understand that ordering your veil online can be difficult. If you have any concerns about placing an order, or about the veil you have received, please contact us by email. We are happy to help and will do our best to resolve any concerns you may have.
