Are my personal details kept confidential?
You can absolutely be assured that your personal details will remain strictly confidential. The information you provide us with is used strictly for the purposes of completing your order.
Which payment methods do you accept?
The payment methods we accept are:
1. Credit Card – VISA, Mastercard & American Express: You can make payment with your credit card when placing your order online. We do not receive your credit card information, just an email stating that payment has been made. If you wish to pay for a custom order using your credit card, you will need to provide your details over the phone and we will process your payment.
2. Bank Transfer: To pay by Bank Transfer, please make your payment using our banking details which are listed at the bottom of your order confirmation email. For custom orders, we will email an invoice to you with our banking details.
Can I have fabric swatches to compare to my dress?
Yes of course! We are happy to send you fabric swatches so that you can make an informed decision. Order them here: sample swatches
Do your veils have a comb at the top?
Yes, most of our veils come with a comb which is sewn at the top of the veil, for easy placement in your hair. Some veils have a clear comb, some have a metal comb. It varies by the style. We have a few veils (the minimal, sheer styles) which have the option of metal comb or metal hair pin for attachment.
Alternatively you may choose to have loops at the top of your veil, which your hairdresser will use with hairpins to secure the veil into your hair. If you prefer loops at the top, please mention it in the “Order details” box when placing your order.
How do I position the veil in my hair?
The majority of our veils come with the comb, which is sewn at the top of the veil, pointing upwards. The correct way to position it into your hair is to hold the veil against your back, then turn the comb downwards and tuck it into your hair. The fabric should come up and over the top of the comb, giving you a beautiful look when the veil is in your hair. For more details and photos, see Correct positioning of veils.
My veil has some small creases or static in it. How do I remove them?
When you receive your veil, there may be some small creases and / or static, which have formed during transit. We suggest ordering your veil well in advance of your wedding, to allow the creases / static to naturally drop out. You should hang your veil as soon as you receive it, rather than leaving it in the box. There are more suggestions for veil care and crease removal on the Veil Details page.

I have a bridal store. Do you wholesale your veils?
